Understand the meaning of body language

One of the most common mistakes a rookie player body language can interpret the individual actions in isolation from other gestures.

For example, when someone rubs their left hand on his right arm, he may indicate many things - negative feelings, sore arm, or perhaps they are cold - it depends on the gestures they use at the time.

Another key factor is the conditions under which certain actions are made. A classic example is "women in short skirt, who is sitting with her ankles crossed in front of her. Ankle crossing is usually associated with negativity and defense, but a woman with a short skirt May his cross ankles for some obvious necessary reasons - ie in May, it can not be negative, just trying it in May to prevent people to see her skirt.

Remember that practice makes perfect. Language is not always easy to read because it often means courses at a time it is difficult to keep track of it all. My suggestion is that you take 15 minutes per day to read peoples body language. In this way over time, read body language becomes second nature.
